The prices shown are per day and per 2 persons. For each additional person over 3 years old there is an extra charge per day from €25.00 to €35.00. Include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and final cleaning. The breakfast basket (bookable) and the tourist tax of €2.40 per person per day (for age 14 and over) are not included in the price and need to be paid separately.
- Minimum stay: Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season (arrival and departure only on Saturdays) | 3 nights in low season
- Additional guests: 25 € to 35 € surcharge depending on season
- Sunday is family day: Sunday is a family day for us and so we like to keep it free from comings and goings
- Cleaning: we provide a change of linen for stays of at least 7 nights.
A supplement of € 35 is payable for a midweek cleaning. - Reductions for children: children under 3 = free | Children over 3 = are treated as paying guests (baby equipment such as high chair/cot available on request)
Once you receive our written confirmation, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total price to confirm your booking. Payment should be made to the following account:

cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 3 months prior to your arrival date: we will retain the deposit, but make no other charges.
- Cancellation between 3 months and 4 weeks prior to arrival: 40% of the total price
- Cancellation between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
- Cancellation in the last week prior to arrival: 100% of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the price of your stay
- In any event, we advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance.

Five suites – Berg, Wald, Wasser, Wiese and Panorama – ranging from 40 m² to 70 m² for two to six guests.
Berg: 70 m² (2–6 guests); Wald & Wasser: 66 m² (2–5 guests); Wiese: 40 m² (1–2 guests); Panorama: 58 m² (2–4 guests).
Yes, each suite has a private Finnish sauna with mountain views.
Each suite offers a spacious terrace or balcony with seating and panoramic views.
Fluffy bathrobes, slippers, sauna towels, bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are ony allowed in the Chalet suite Panorama and Wiese, provided that this is indicated at the time of booking. Please bring your own dog bed and food.
